Comments can be left on a particular post. Just click on the "0 comments" link next to the blogger's name and time of the post.
For example, I left a comment on Hayley's post. You can tell because after her post, next to her name, it now says "1 comments".
To read a comment or leave a comment, simply click on the "X comments" link.
