I've made everyone administrators of this site. What does this mean? It means you can change the entire template of the site, change rules, invite others, delete users etc. I would advise that you don't do these things. However, being an admin also means that you can change the picture at the top of the blog. This top picture could be a "pic of the day" from one of the Iowa Blogger members.
How do you change the picture? Good question.
1. Click on "Customize" in the upper right corner (logout and then login if you don't see this)
2. You'll be taken to the "Layout" section of the administration.
3. Click on the "edit" link that is within the Iowa Bloggers Header section.
4. Remove the current picture and upload your own.
5. Save changes.
We try to not change this picture ALL the time. Maybe once every day or two. That way it gives everyone in the blog a chance to see it.
